SMS and Special Chars

I have read this carefully but couldn't find any information about my problem.
The SMS is sent just right, but I cannot add special chars and therefor I have a problem sending Latin text or different languages...

I don't understand how to make a file with SMS content...
Can you show me example of how to?
I'm also trying sending thru the extention.conf but I cannot send special chars that are over ASCII 128, it just keep truncating them...

Very basically put, you can make a web GUI to connect the asterisk, then you can send special chars by web GUI!

That isn't helping... It seems the gsm send SMS truncate every character over ASCII 127.
Maybe if there was a way to directly connect to the gsm modem...
Please, I need a serious answer, by some one who is familiar with the gsm lib of asterisk, like
